Rates and policies:

The Nestle Down Inn is a non-traditional condo-style B&B, open year around.

No smoking please.
Smoking on the premises will result in a non-negotiable $100 cleaning fee.

The Inn is not able to accommodate pets or children.

Check-in:
Between 4-7 p.m.
(Early or late check-ins by prior arrangement only).

Check-out:
11:00 a.m.

Rates: $119 per night, on weekdays, and $139 per night,  on weekends. (All rates are based on double occupancy).  $45.00 per night/each extra guest.
Rates are subject to change without notice.

A $25 will be assessed on returned checks.

Guests are required to provide credit (not debit) card number, regardless of the manner of payment. No exceptions.

Cancellations: A non-refundable $25 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to two weeks before arrival date. As per industry standard, if booking is cancelled thirteen or less days prior to arrival date, the entire reservation amount will be charged. No refunds for early departures.

Reservations will not be confirmed without a current, valid credit (Not debit-only) card. Visa and MasterCard welcome.
